Once the final project is decided upon, it’s time to get to the good stuff! Bob Jr. will help you start shaping your dreams into reality with the design process. From the overall design to the must-have features to the tiniest of details, he will help you get everything just right. After each of these details in finalized, you’ll be able to confidently move forward with financing.
We have partnered with excellent bankers to help your finance your dream and can point you in the right direction to get the build started.
3: Contract and Breaking Ground
With a budget, approved plan permits and a timeframe, we can move on with the most exciting part of the process. It’s time to break ground!
